We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Director to spearhead the development of our marketing and communications strategies, foster strong media relationships, and elevate our brand’s presence in the wellness sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Global & Local Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement global & local marketing and communications strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across markets.
- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead a marketing team and work with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Media Relations & PR: Cultivate relationships with global & local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Social Media (Owned & Performance): Lead social media strategies, overseeing both owned channels and performance-based campaigns (paid media, influencer marketing) to drive engagement and conversions globally.
- Crisis & Communications Management: Develop and execute crisis communication plans as needed.
- Campaigns & Brand Launches: Lead NPD (New Product Development) launch campaigns and major brand launches, ensuring smooth execution and regional adaptation. Work with global teams to ensure effective product positioning and consistent messaging across markets.
- Content & Communications Management: Oversee the development of all written communications, including press releases, website content, and consumer-facing materials, ensuring messaging is tailored for global audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Market Insights & Performance Tracking: Stay updated on global industry trends, monitor campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for better ROI across regions.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR Communications, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on wellness strongly preferred.

Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to drive growth through innovative global marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling global messaging and adapt for diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong expertise in PR and social media management (both owned and performance), with hands-on experience in earned and paid media, performance marketing, and social content optimization.
- Proven experience leading and managing a high-performance team in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
