Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct product and nutrition training, as well as answer nutrition related questions, for resellers.
• On request, conduct live stream together with selected resellers.
• Handles product enquiries from reseller via calls, mails, or one-on-one consultation.
• Provides and reviews nutrition and product information, including write-ups and articles, for external and internal communications.
• Develops training module and presentation materials and implements training programs.
• Manages training schedule and speaker invitations for related workshop / seminar / talk, including preparation of presentation and training materials.
• Provide assistance and support in sales and marketing events such as expo and convention and other company events.

Requirements

• Bachelor Science degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition or Dietetics.
• Experience in training and product consultation especially in health food supplements.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory, with the ability to read and write in both languages.
• Previous experience in direct sales or working with a direct selling company is a must.
