Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training program/curriculum and enforce effective teaching & learning practices for distributors and internal staff members
  • Recruit and manage a group of program trainers and external training providers
  • Partner with different departments to identify training needs and adjust training programs based on the change of business requirements
  • Strategically develop trainers' skillset to meet operational needs of the company
  • Work towards the financial and operational KPIs to drive growth of the Education Centre
  • Manage competing priorities and tasks in line with workplans and strategic goals of the business
  • Prepare and provide regular business reports on department performance and KPIs
  • Use data and insights to evaluate learning resources and programs to assess effectiveness, and showcase the impact of learning approaches

Key Requirements

You Must have:

  • Proven skills and experience in training program/trainer management
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong project management skill
  • A can-do attitude
  • Self-wareness and ability to embrace changes
  • Great passion in education space


  • Tertiary education is Education or Project Management is a bonus
  • Experiences in recruiting and managing trainers
  • Experience in a start-up teams is a bonus
  • Knowledge of learning principles and practices 
  • Aware of the current and future trends in the educational area
