Key Responsibilities

Be an owner and a guide for procedure, processes, systems, and data...

  • Been involved in the end-to-end delivery HR process, including onboard, offboard, and internal transfer;
  • Oversee and maintain optimal functionality of the HR Systems to support HR practice, which may include deployment, configuration, development, maintenance, and release management;
  • Maintenance and review of the core people data for the business;
  • Interact closely with the broader Human Resources team around data and payroll information as well;
  • Act as being the key contact in HR Operations processes and projects;
  • Provide insights from data analysis and reporting;
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements, and recommend and implement solutions;
  • Professional judgement to determine the application or adaptation of policies, practices and systems that impact other areas of the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of the complete Employee life cycle including a detailed knowledge of HR management processes.
  • Experience in reporting and HR systems knowledge, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • A sense of professional confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using commonly used Business Analysis tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced program/project delivery roles.

Experience with Employment Hero implementation will be highly regarded.
