JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the customer service team in providing exceptional service across various channels such as chat and email.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving customer issues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns, share insights, and contribute to product and service improvements.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, offering helpful information and guidance to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service specifically within the e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin with strong language skills both written and verbal.
